The Carriage House at The 1897 Iron Gate Inn can both be utilized for weekly winter and spring vacations as well as short term housing needs on a monthly basis. Rentals are available from November 1 through April 30.
The Carriage House has two private bedrooms and baths. It also provides a casual living room, dining area, full gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and private patio. Guests will also experience the amenities of pillowtop mattresses, luxurious and quiet surroundings and a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. 1892 Historic Home
Our historic, yet newly renovated and furnished home has four bedrooms, three baths (photos below) and is available for summer vacation rentals from from mid-July to mid August on a weekly basis.
The charming home has all hardwoord flooring, granite countertops, hardwood kitchen cabinets and a large laundry room with washer and dryer. It offers forced air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout.
Cable and cable internet are included in weekly rentals.
The home is located in a nice family neighborhood in Cedar City, only six blocks from The Utah Shakespeare Festival and SUU, and close to shopping and restaurants.
