Normal rates for guest rooms include breakfast and are for double occupancy only. Additional guests in rooms will be charged $15.00 each. Please inquire about our rates for off-season, mid-week business travelers (single travelers) as well as special rates for booking the entire property.
Method of Payment: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash and Debit are accepted.
Check-In/Out Times - Check-in times are from 3:30-7:30 pm MST (this could be a one-hour time difference from surrounding states). Check-out time is 11:00 am. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible with prior arrangements.
Reservations/Cancellations - Reservations require a one-night's deposit per room at time of booking (1/2 of room rate for one night's stay). A two-week notice before your scheduled arrival date for cancellations is required. $25.00 per room fee applies to all cancellations, but can be applied to a future visit within one year. If you cancel your reservation prior to two weeks in advance, we will quickly return the refundable portion of your deposit. Otherwise, deposit is retained as a cancellation fee and the full room rate for each day reserved will be charged to you if re-booking is not possible. Groups of three rooms or more will forfeit entire deposit anytime they cancel (two weeks does not apply). Shortened stays cannot be refunded. Add-on packages must be paid in advance and require a 7-day cancellation.
